A multinational five stars hotel in Doha - Qatar is in need of a "Spa Manager" :
-To ensure that the spa services are rendered properly
-To be responsible for supervising the staff that provides services to clients. These services include facials, massages or even manicures.
- To train staff, providing adequate supplies for services and marketing the company's services.
-To be responsible for accounting and the payroll of the staff.
-To be responsible for handling customer complaints
-To be responsible for coordinating services and ensuring that employees are professional and in order.

Skills

-Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or spa-related management
-A friendly manner, able to work with clients and other staff
-Good communication skills
-Commercial awareness - you have to be able to sell products and maximize sales and income
-The ability to lead and motivate staff
-High standards of customer service
-The ability to work under pressure
-Self- confidence, drive and enthusiasm
-Good decision making ability
-The ability to understand and analyze sales figures
-A good business sense
